Plex sync module overview (capabilities, setup links, and matching behavior).

This is the Plex sync module used by the orchestrator. It is not the setup/auth guide.

What it supports

This module can sync:

Setup links

Matching notes

Plex usually has the best external IDs.

That makes it a strong source for matching.

Common gotchas

Watchlist uses Plex Discover in most cases.
Big watchlists can hit timeouts. Use write pacing.
History and ratings follow library whitelisting.
